Join us as a Sponsorship & Brand Activation Specialist
This role plays a key part in maximising the impact of our sponsorship portfolio in Ireland—including 3Arena, 3Olympia, and major music festivals—to drive both brand and business growth. The Sponsorship Specialist will lead the day-to-day management of key partnerships, deliver best-in-class activations, and identify new opportunities to integrate sponsorship across the wider business.
As a member of the Sponsorship and Brand Activation team, you’ll take an active role in planning, execution, and measurement, working cross-functionally to ensure our sponsorships deliver clear commercial and brand outcomes.
What else it involves:
Take ownership of the 3Olympia sponsorship, managing the partnership end-to-end and ensuring the venue consistently delivers against brand and business objectives.
Lead on-site activations, branding, and customer experiences at 3Olympia, collaborating with internal teams and rightsholders to maximise value from every event.
Support the planning and delivery of Electric Picnic (EP) activity, contributing to the development of the Charge and Chill area and wider Three brand experiences at the festival.
Work with our Sponsorship Exec to deliver an end-to-end ticketing and guest experience process, including pre-sales, fulfilment, and on-site execution.
Collaborate with internal teams (Trading, Creative, PR & Social, Business, and Retail) to integrate sponsorship activity into broader marketing plans.
Manage the end to end sponsorship media plan to amply all sponsors in the portfolio working with all stakeholders.
Identify and deliver opportunities to amplify sponsorship across Business, Broadband, and other commercial priorities.
Manage relationships with rightsholders, agencies, and partners, acting as a key point of contact for 3Olympia.
Track performance and create reports that demonstrate effectiveness, learnings, and ROI.
Support the development of new sponsorship concepts and experiences that enhance customer engagement.
Prepare updates and presentations for senior stakeholders across the business.
The Skills we re looking for:
Strong background in sponsorship activation or brand experience, ideally within music or entertainment.
Excellent understanding of the Irish sponsorship and live entertainment landscape, particularly in venue and festival partnerships.
Proven ability to manage relationships with partners, rightsholders, and agencies.
Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects at once.
Confident communicator with strong organisation and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with digital, social, and experiential marketing.
Demonstrates initiative, attention to detail, and ability to deliver to high standards under pressure.
A proactive team player who brings energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for music and live events.
