Compère
Internationally acclaimed stand-up TV comedian, Ed Byrne, will act as compère for the 2019 ESA Awards. Ed Byrne is well-known to TV audiences through programmes such as Mock The Week, Live at the Apollo (Host), Top Gear, QI and The Pilgrimage. An avid hillwalker and canoeist, Ed also writes a column for The Great Outdoors magazine.

KIMMYBEATBOX is one of the UK’s top beatboxers and is a driving force of street style and culture. Growing up in Manchester, Kimmy discovered her talents by busking, using her voice to recreate the sounds of beats and instruments she loved. As the crowds got bigger, her passion got stronger. Since moving to London to pursue her career as a performer, she has collaborated with brands such as UEFA, Google Pixel, Nokia and Coca Cola. She’s also mentored at Brit School and regularly does workshops with up and coming beatbox talent.
