Global sport and entertainment agency, CSM, has today announced Vicky Stickland will join Lesley Murphy as joint Regional Director for Asia. The pair will lead the team in Asia and develop the growth strategy for this market.

Vicky previously ran a sports creative agency in the UK and later set up and led an agency out of Germany, in which she advised clients in the sports industry on brand and partnership strategy. She joined CSM in 2019 as Business Director, responsible for driving the agency’s business development, and delivering new and existing client growth. She made the move to Hong Kong in 2021 where she has continued to ramp up business development efforts across the region.
Lesley Murphy has been with CSM since 2014, first leading the agency’s key account with AIA Insurance and the strategic delivery of their global partnership with Tottenham Hotspur. In 2021, Lesley was promoted to Regional Director to lead on driving exposure of the agency’s service offerings and expertise.
On Vicky’s promotion to Regional Director, Lesley Murphy said: “Since Vicky relocated to Hong Kong and joined our team two years ago, she’s been an incredible force for driving new business and growing our client accounts.
“I am delighted to be working alongside Vicky to lead the business in Asia and build our strategy for growth in the coming years.”
