Ashlee Huffman promoted to General Manager in North America
CSM, a global leader in sport and entertainment, announced today that Ashlee Huffman has been appointed as General Manager of its motorsport practice in North America.
CSM is an industry leader in global motorsport, creating and managing some of the best partnerships in the category, particularly in NASCAR, IndyCar, Formula 1, MotoGP and Formula E.
Huffman joined the business in 2004, working globally across a number of its key clients including BP Castrol, Crown Royal, Hisense, Jaguar Land Rover, Lilly Diabetes, Mazda and Verizon. Before joining CSM, Huffman spent time working for the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the United States Auto Club.
Her appointment is aligned to CSM’s ongoing global reorganization of its individual agencies under a single, unified brand.

In 13 months, CSM has grown from 80 employees to almost 400 employees in North America.
Huffman joins Chris Long, Managing Director of Motorsport in EMEA and APAC, to maintain and grow CSM’s motorsport practice. The pair report to David Webb, CEO of CSM’s Brands division and former president of JMI, the motorsport agency CSM acquired in 2013.

Huffman will continue to be based out of CSM’s Indianapolis office, focusing on North America, a high-priority growth market for CSM.
This growth strategy has included a number of notable acquisitions in addition to JMI, including LeadDog Marketing Group, the award-winning integrated agency, SJX Partners, the leading property representation business, JHE Production, the Charlotte-based live events business and most recently GlideSlope, an industry leading management advisory firm.
