How do you engage and excite employees in a sponsorship?
What works and what doesn’t work?
What made this an ESA Award-winning campaign?
All this and more will be revealed tomorrow!
New to the ParalympicsGB partner family ahead of the Tokyo Games, Sir Robert McAlpine looked to utilise the partnership to champion diversity and inclusion, and create a campaign and engagement programmes that resonated with colleagues.
This event will talk through how ‘Building to Tokyo’ used a number of different initiatives to involve colleagues, create discussion and demonstrate a clear commitment from the business to improve employee engagement.
The discussion will reflect on how inclusion and colleague involvement is growing to be integral to all partnerships, and a really powerful tool to include as part of a sponsorship package.
