Timo Krueger
Global Head of Esports – Nielsen Sports
Timo Krueger is responsible for providing customized solutions based on media evaluation and market research for major esports organizations such as publishers or teams etc, driving business development and identifying local esports challenges across America, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Previously, Timo was responsible for spearheading new business development for Nielsen Esports and Nielsen Gaming focusing on Europe and Asia. Timo has a Master’s Degree in International Marketing and Media Management from University of Applied Science Cologne, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sports Management and Sports Communication from Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln.
Andy Milnes
Market Leader – Nielsen Sports UK & Ireland
Andy leads the Sports team across the region with a key focus on leveraging Nielsen’s industry leading data and insight to drive business success for clients. With a career spanning over a decade at Nielsen and Repucom, Andy has experience across numerous areas of the organisation including leading the International Solutions team focussing on establishing ways of working and effective delivery processes from Mexico to South Korea. He has also worked closely with leading brands in the sponsorship space supporting their sponsorship investment and evaluation programmes.
Sophie Morris
Chair – ESA
Sophie Morris is Co-Founder and Director of Sponsor View (formerly Millharbour Marketing) and has worked in marketing and sponsorship for over 20 years. She is a Chartered Marketer, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a member of the Market Research Society. Sophie also sits on the Board of the Institute for Sport Business at Loughborough University and the Danish sponsorship group ‘SPOT:ON’ and judges sponsorship awards in the UK, Belgium, Slovenia and for ESA. In 2023 she was elected as Chair of ESA.
