As part of its ongoing work to raise standards across the industry, ESA launches new outreach programme that seeks to cultivate expertise at grass roots level.
The European Sponsorship Association (ESA), the membership body that raises standards within the sponsorship profession, has today launched a brand new initiative which sees them offering guidance and support to new entrants into the sponsorship industry via the ESA careers portal.
The brand new careers and job section within the ESA website will give expert advice and direction to those looking to forge a career in sponsorship. It will contain helpful content, written by junior and senior practitioners who have already established a career in the sponsorship arena, that will guide those new to the industry through areas such as the diversity of roles in sponsorship, day-to-day insights (A Day In The Life…) and case studies that aim to help nurture the junior sponsorship specialist.
As well as professional guidance, ESA is also working very closely with members in order that they can easily post roles and positions directly onto the ESA website. Initially this service will focus on establishing relationships with those seeking work placements, internships and graduate roles in order to bring new talent into member’s organisations and into the wider sponsorship industry.
