Tee’s approach is not only the establishment of strategic alliances but also the cultivation of relationships that foster mutual growth and success.
In her current role, Tee continues to leverage her extensive experience to drive the organisation’s partnership agenda forward. She delivers partnerships that drive authentic brand and business alignment and create meaningful benefits for customers. Sophie Morris is Co-Founder and Director of Sponsor View (formerly Millharbour Marketing) and has worked in marketing and sponsorship for over 20 years. She is a Chartered Marketer, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a member of the Market Research Society.
Sophie also sits on the Board of the Institute for Sport Business at Loughborough University and the Danish sponsorship group ‘SPOT:ON’ and judges sponsorship awards in the UK, Belgium, Slovenia and for ESA. In 2023 she was elected as Chair of ESA.

For three weeks each August, the Edinburgh International Festival presents an unparalleled celebration of international artistry and cultural exchange with hundreds of performances in music, theatre, dance, and opera by globally renowned artists and companies in Scotland’s capital city. In 2023 the Festival issued over 120,000 tickets to local and international audiences and presented over 2,500 world-class artists representing 50 nations. As a charity, their impact extends beyond their August programme with year-round activity that connects with communities, young people and emerging talent.
With a decade of experience in fundraising and event management for cultural institutions throughout Edinburgh, Alyson joined the International Festival in 2021 with a focus on forging purposeful partnerships with global, national, and local organisations. Her role entails crafting bespoke collaborations that deliver on partner objectives and enable positive and lasting impact, whilst drawing upon shared values and a commitment to bringing international culture and live performance to the people of Edinburgh and Scotland.
