Lisa has 25 years in the sports industry, having started her career at the Ladies European Tour before moving agency-side to Synergy and then Engine Sport as Managing Director. Lisa has a fierce passion for the under-representation of women in the sports industry – on the pitch, the sidelines and the boardrooms – and is a Board member for Women in Football. Valentine Snoeren
Women’s Football Lead, JustEatTakeaway.com
Valentine is currently Women’s Football Lead at Just Eat Takeaway.com, having managed the Men’s and Women’s EURO football tournaments and been Interim Head of Sponsorships in previous roles at the company. Starting as one of the first members in Just Eat Takeaway.com’s sponsorships team, she witnessed and worked on the rapid expansion of the company’s UEFA EUROs sponsorship in 2021 to the UCC + Women’s Football package. Previously, Valentine worked in the world of advertising and worked on partnerships (B2B and B2C) for Uber HQ in Amsterdam.


Kathryn Wilson
Sales Lead, Two Circles
Kathryn is one of the Sales Directors at Two Circles, the data-driven sports marketing agency who grow the value of sports by knowing fans best. Two Circles work with world leading sports organisations, helping them grow relationships with fans and monetise those relationships through B2B and DTC revenue streams. Since 2023, Kathryn has led the commercial programme for UEFA Women’s Football, overseeing sponsorship growth across its competitions. This forms part of Two Circles’ exclusive mandate for UEFA Women’s Football commercial rights, which the agency has held since 2018.
