The European Sponsorship Association (ESA) is delighted to announce that ITV’s Fru Hazlitt and industry veteran Patrick Nally will deliver Keynote speeches at the 2014 ESA Sponsorship Summit to be held in London on Thurs 3rd April.
This year’s Summit will open with Fru Hazlitt, Managing Director of Commercial, Online and Interactive at ITV, giving the Keynote address which will look at the state of the industry and explore current issues. With over 20 years of experience in the media sector through previous roles at Virgin Radio, Yahoo UK & Ireland and The Guardian Media Group, she will provide a media perspective on some of the challenges facing the sponsorship industry. Fru will then join a group of sponsorship experts for a panel discussion.
Following this, Patrick Nally, known as the founding father of sponsorship, will set out his vision for a new road map for the industry. ‘The Second Model’ will look at how sponsorship needs to change and modernise in response to a changing social landscape. Following the Keynote, Patrick will be joined by a number of leading figures to debate the points raised.
Karen Earl, Chairman of ESA, commenting on the Summit said “We are delighted to have secured both Fru’s and Patrick’s involvement in this year’s Summit – two leading lights in their respective fields. Following the success of the inaugural event in 2013, we need to take the debate to the next level and challenge ourselves to ensure that sponsorship continues to respond to a changing world.”
