Can you give us a general overview of vVenues?
vVenues is the virtual event platform designed to support agencies in creating virtual events, exhibitions and other types of virtual venues.
vVenues offers a publishing tool covering the full event experience from registration to extensive follow-up material and is packed with useful tools to support creative meeting experiences.
These include broadcast possibilities for live and pre-recorded material, functionalities for interactive smart chat and speed meetings, integrated video meetings and breakout sessions, integration of iframes, documents, files and movies to build exciting environments. Agency teams can focus fully on creativity by managing all the tools themselves.
The platform also automatically provides the agency with high-security login, system-generated stream keys for streaming of content, detailed analytics and post-event reports. It is available for partners on a one-off or subscription basis.
vVenues has run more than 500 virtual events for more than 500,000 people over the past year. It is set up to provide trouble-free virtual events for large audiences with a focus on experience and interactivity.
What approach differentiates vVenues and makes your company unique?
What differentiates vVenues from other tools is the easiness to customise projects completely with consideration for experience, brand and event size. This gives the agency full control of the creative process and the budget, with great opportunities to sell agency creative services as add-ons that enable the agency to keep up to 90% of the project revenue.
How has your approach changed during Covid-19? Have you created any new initiatives or altered your operations to reach audiences in new ways?
vVenues was created from an agency perspective and developed by the event-marketing agency Onemotion IMC in Sweden as a solution for virtual events during the pandemic.
Since we came from the physical event industry from the beginning, we know events and understand what attendees expect in terms of experience and engagement. We have continuously worked to improve our platform to make sure we deliver what is expected by our clients. The feedback we get today is very positive and we see that our clients return to vVenues for new events.
What are the current trends within sponsorship, and how are they affecting how you work and how you deliver on strategy?
The vVenues platform is ideal for sponsored events as you can produce full-scale exhibitions or sponsorship villages in the virtual environment.
This also works very well with the mobile hybrid version of vVenues, where it’s possible to interact with the virtual environment during physical or hybrid events.
We believe in digital and physical living alongside each other in future, and this definitely applies 100% to sponsorship, especially during global events.
Is there anything else you would like to add?
We are more than happy to give a private demo to anyone who finds vVenues interesting. Please book a meeting with us at www.vvenues.com.
