Issy Selby promoted to Director of Social and Influencer as Olly Reeves takes on an expanded Social Creative role

Following the announcement of Managing Partner Steve Parker, PrettyGreen is strengthening its social and influencer business with two promotions as the agency continues to invest in its integrated ‘Fame That Performs’ proposition and it’s end-to-end social offering.
Issy Selby has been promoted from Associate Director to Director of Social and Influencer, while Olly Reeves moves from his hybrid Influencer and Social Creative and Campaign Manager role into a focused Social Creative role.
The promotions follow growing demand for PrettyGreen’s social and influencer offering and the agency’s appointment by Unilever’s Dove division across micro-influencer activity, content and ecommerce, including TikTok Shop.
Since joining PrettyGreen in 2025, Issy has led standout social and influencer work for Homesense and Dove, including the latter’s 2026 Scale campaigns, which activated over 3,000 influencers and generated 4.5 million views. She brings deep expertise in full-funnel influencer and social strategy, with an approach centred on creating ‘Fame that Performs’, connecting cultural relevance and community engagement with measurable commercial impact.
Olly joined PrettyGreen in 2022 as an intern and has worked across the development and delivery of social and creator-led campaigns for Audible, Homesense, Lebara and Dove. In his new role, he will take on a broader creative remit, helping shape original and trend-led platform-first ideas, from cultural insight and concept development through to creator content and execution. Outside the agency, his passion for culture, music and fashion led to his selection for the adidas x GUAP Originals Creator Network, reflecting his personal commitment to strengthening the wider creative industry.
Steve Parker, Managing Partner of Social & Influencer at PrettyGreen, said: “Social and influencer have moved from the edge of campaigns to the heart of how brands earn attention and drive growth. This is where ideas take hold, brands participate in culture and consumers increasingly make decisions.
“We’re investing in the team, building stronger senior leadership and bringing creative thinking closer to creators, platforms and audiences. Issy has made a significant impact since joining PrettyGreen, combining strong client leadership with a clear vision for the team and its work. Olly brings the cultural instinct and platform understanding needed to turn that thinking into ideas people genuinely want to engage with.
“Their promotions strengthen the team at every stage, from strategy and leadership through to creative development and execution, and reflect our ambition for social and influencer as a core part of PrettyGreen’s integrated offering.”
Wider promotions in the team include Joe Heath who moved from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager following some key client wins. This investment follows a period of continued growth for PrettyGreen, which reported a 15% year-on-year increase in fee income during the first half of 2026 and secured new clients, including Dove, Polaroid, Laver Cup, PureGym, Priory Group and Blacks.
