Ross Arnold joins rEvolution as the head of Europe to drive strategic initiatives.
rEvolution, the global leader in sports marketing, announces today the appointment of Ross Arnold to the newly created position of Head of Europe. Reporting directly to Founder and CEO John Rowady, this integral leadership role comes at a time of significant expansion for the agency, positioning rEvolution to enhance its business offerings across the European sports and entertainment landscape.
Arnold brings an impressive two decades of distinguished experience in the sports and entertainment sectors. Most recently with the Wasserman Group, Arnold was directly responsible for the Sports & Entertainment Consulting team that oversaw EMEA. His impressive career includes roles at IMG and senior positions at GMR, where he honed his skills in brand marketing, partnership development, and revenue maximisation. Notably, Arnold was instrumental in cultivating relationships with some of the world’s most valuable sports properties and brands.

rEvolution has been steadily gaining momentum on the global stage and shored up its presence in the UK and Europe with the recent acquisition of the London-based sports marketing agency WePlay, In addition, the company invested in a new, worldclass presence in Reading that recently opened its doors to employees and clients alike in February 2024.
In January 2023, rEvolution enhanced its portfolio of service offerings with the purchase of London-based full-service sports agency Sine Qua Non (SQN). To more easily accommodate global clients in various time zones, in October 2023 the company expanded its business operations to provide best-in-class sports marketing solutions to the Asia-Pacific region when it opened a brand new office in Singapore.
Claire Ritchie, founder of SQN, was appointed Executive Vice President, International, Head of Asia and spearheaded the agency’s expansion into the Asia-Pacific market to support client demand.
rEvolution has steadily added additional strength to its leadership team with senior-level hires demonstrating the agency’s commitment to attracting top talent. Karim Shalaby joined as Global Head of Analytics & Insights, from Performix Digital Media, bringing over 16 years of experience in developing strategic, data-driven marketing solutions for renowned brands.
Additionally, Shannon McFarland joined rEvolution as Executive Vice President, Head of Human Resources & Talent, after an executive stint running FCB’s HR group.
