It is not only a new name but also a new profile and digital platform. The aim is to improve the offer for the members, strengthen sponsorship and the event industry in Sweden as well as secure a vital organization that enables growth and expanded business areas.
In recent years, the entire communications industry has changed due to digitalization and globalization. Customer experience has become increasingly central both physically and digitally, which has created new concepts and industries to emerge. The method of sponsorship and channel event is in the epicenter of the change and has an excellent starting position. The association’s renewal has resulted in a new vision, mission and focus. By 2017, new CEO, Ulrika Molin and Communications and Marketing Manager, Victoria Jansson, were recruited and, together with the board, worked out new communication and business plans.

The Swedish Sponsorship & Event Association (Sponsrings & Eventsverige) is the voice of the Swedish sponsorship and event marketing industry. As a membership association, our primary purpose is to look after the interest of our members and to propel and evolve the Swedish sponsorship- and event marketing industry. Members include a wide range of buyers, rightsholders, consultants, suppliers and professional advisors. The Swedish Sponsorship Association is behind the annual Swedish sponsorship awards.
