How far behind is the sponsorship industry in creating a diverse & inclusive workforce – and how can we accelerate change?
For the latest in our #ESAbreakfast series of industry events, ESA will come together with Hill+Knowlton Strategies to host a panel event discussing diversity and inclusion in the European sponsorship community.
While other aspects of the sports, entertainment, media and marketing ecosystems have been working hard to improve the diversity of their communities, there has not been a meaningful push on this from the sponsorship industry.
This event will explore how sponsorship professionals can make meaningful changes to encourage a more diverse workforce, featuring panellists who have already implemented successful D&I initiatives in the sports and creative sectors.
