We are delighted to host the 2025 ESA AGM at the headquarters of the British Olympic Association and British Paralympic Association in London – followed by an evening of networking at the 2025 ESA Summer Social London.
Please arrive in time for the start of the AGM at 3.30pm sharp. A series of short presentations will inform you about what has been going on at ESA over the past 18 months and the exciting plans we have for the rest of 2025 and beyond.
Then we will take a walk to Regents Park for the annual ESA Summer Social with free entry to the Taste of London festival, providing a networking opportunity together with some sumptuous food and drink.
Please note this event is for ESA members only (listed here) and attendance is limited to two tickets per member organisation, on a first-come first-served basis.
There will also be a Zoom webinar of the AGM for members who cannot attend in person.
