We are looking for a talented and experienced Sponsorship Account Director to join our London team on a permanent basis. As an Account Director at Verve, you will lead client relationships, oversee sponsorship campaigns, and drive experiential strategies. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile clients, ensuring exceptional delivery of sponsorship programmes, partnerships, and live experiences.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, client servicing, and project and team management skills to execute innovative brand activations across multiple touchpoints.
THE PERSON
2-3 years as an experienced Account Director within a sponsorship agency
7+ years of experience in Sport Sponsorship / brand partnerships
Strong understanding of sponsorship contractual rights, brand activation, and event management
Proven track record in managing high-value clients and delivering successful campaigns
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth
Strong budget and Excel understanding
Experienced in Creative response deck delivery to ensure constant evolution of brief responses
Experience in further sectors away from sports such as entertainment, lifestyle, or corporate sponsorships is a plus.
