This is an exciting opportunity to become a key supportive member of the market communications, event management and operational delivery team. The Account Executive will support across one of our key client accounts on a variety of deliverables around their global motorsport partnerships; partnership asset management and market communications, brand experience, digital content, customer hosting, guest experience, VIP hospitality, guest management, ticketing, registration system and database management.
The position is based in London, UK with some international travel.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring a thorough understanding of the partnerships, contractual assets and key stakeholder relationships
Support the partnership management and market communications team with all approvals, and marcomms requirements
Some event management and campaign support across the client’s Motorsport activation programme
Briefing creative studio to develop communications tools and templates, campaign artwork and sponsorship assets, including review and managing approvals to ensure they meet Team and brand guidelines
Monitoring and managing deadlines
Keeping all key documents up to date, such as status reports, asset trackers, meeting agendas
Diligent tracking and reporting, note taking, setting up of meetings
Raising PO’s and basic budget management
Booking team travel and accommodation
Supporting with client team logistics needs
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
Min 1 years’ experience in project planning and delivery for brand events
Outstanding communication skills, ideally with some exposure to clients, internal teams and suppliers
Ability to adhere to and follow corporate processes and policies
Capable of multi-tasking and working on several projects at one time
Excellent inter-personal communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
Ability to prioritise, be flexible and work under pressure
Excellent expertise in all Microsoft Office products – in particular the ability to build PPT presentations to a high standard and manage Excel spreadsheets to track project updates
Be super organised and great at delivering projects
Be able and willing to work flexible hours, in evenings and on weekends when necessary
Be comfortable communicating with clients and managing suppliers
Be ambitious and keen to make a difference to some of the world’s most high-profile brands
Be able to quickly adapt to working within an agency environment where the senior teams have long-standing client relationships
A team player able to nurture relationships in order to deliver ‘out of the ordinary’ work
