Our commercial partnerships are a critical aspect of our organisation’s ability to delivery our 10-year strategy, with over 80% of our vital income being generated by the ParalympicsGB Commercial Team.
You will be joining our Team at an exciting and busy time, as we kick-off multiple partnerships which have recently been extended, and pass one year-to-go to the Milan Cortina Paralympic Winter Games in 2026. We also have significant commercial ambitions looking ahead to LA 2028, and the whole team plays their part in building, retaining and showcasing our value to current and prospective partners alike.
You will be excited by this diverse role, as the lead point of contact across a range of partner programmes and initiatives, from brand campaigns and digital, to employee engagement and grassroots social impact projects.
The Commercial Manager will support the Head of Commercial and Commercial Director in the successful implementation of the Commercial Team’s strategic plan. This plan includes ambitious income targets from corporate partners, with multifaceted partnerships in place which will require collaborative cross team working and a flexible and entrepreneurial approach from all Commercial Team members to deliver.
This is a fixed term position (ideally April 2025 to April 2026) with a salary of circa £35k-£40k per annum dependant on experience, plus paid holiday, flexible working, and benefits package.

– Corporate Partnership delivery: manage all aspects of specific ParalympicsGB corporate partnerships to excellent standard, to ensure they deliver demonstrable value for both the Partner and ParalympicsGB. Lead the account management of allocated corporate partners and build/maintain strong relationships with counterparts from these brands on behalf of ParalympicsGB.
– Project manage and, working with others as needed, deliver ParalympicsGB’s Beyond the Podium partner mentoring programme which pairs senior representatives from our partners’ businesses with a relevant athlete mentor to explore topics of disability and inclusion.
– Identifying and attracting new Corporate Partners: when required, support ParalympicsGB’s income generation strategy
– People management: as a senior member of the team, this role may include managing one Commercial Officer to ensure their appropriate contribution to the successful achievement of the Commercial Team’s goals
– Games-Time activities (based in the UK): work to capitalise on the commercial opportunity presented by Milan Cortina Paralympic Winter Games
– Being a senior member of ParalympicsGB: act as a senior member of the Commercial Team, advising and contributing to wider team activity and representing commercial interests to wider organisation
