We are looking for a football and motorsport fan to turbo charge the quality of our sports sponsorship digital activation. This 12 month contract role will be responsible for leading best in class digital activation and creating world class content to exploit our global sponsorship portfolio in support our business objectives, whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant company policies.
Key accountabilities:
• Accountable for devising the digital activation strategy for Premier League, Alpine F1, LCR MotoGP and Jaguar Formula E sponsorships
• Accountable for development and execution of social media and digital plans working collaboratively with regions and markets to integrate sponsorship into digital plans to drive key business metrics
• Set KPIs and take ownership of the digital components of the sponsorship evaluation framework, working with markets to track performance and identify opportunities for optimisation of the activation and sponsorship rights
• Identify the right agency partners or experts to work with to develop a content engine and a rolling 24-month content calendar that can impact brand and commercial metrics
• Responsible for ensuring any digital content is approved by rights holders and all company processes and standards including brand, digital security, GDPR, ethics and compliance are adhered to
Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing/Sponsorship, 5 years with digital/social
• Experience of working in global role engaging with local markets
• Evidence of effective networking and relationship building skills both internally and externally
• High degree of personal impact
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
