How to enrol

1). Please note: from the September 2025 intake onwards it is mandatory to have a mentor while studying the ESA SSC course and there is a fee for all future assessment retakes. Read our FAQ for more info about deferrals and retakes.
2). Complete the online enrolment form below after reading our course Terms & Conditions.
Please ensure you receive confirmation of your submission of this form, both on this screen and via email. No confirmation means we have not received it, as there were errors with your submission, which will be highlighted e.g. a required field not completed.
3). On receipt of your online enrolment form, ESA will email you an invoice and reserve your place on the course.
4). Pay your invoice (by bank transfer or card) by the due date shown – your place on the course is automatically confirmed by receipt of full settlement.
