Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for developing prospective leads and then managing the complete journey of a new business deal, from the initial client contact through to setting the campaign live. You’ll also be expected to use your sales and relationship-building skills to ensure renewals of existing deals and clients.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
– Initiating conversations with prospective leads and building a pipeline of new business opportunities.
– Responding to inbound sales inquiries.
– Diligently tracking and reporting on weekly activity.
– At any one time, managing a number of deals and clients
– Supporting the Directors on client pitches as required.
– Representing Reg&Co at relevant meetings and events within the UK.
– Working alongside the Sales team to ensure you are fully aware of Reg&Co’s constantly growing range of clients and deals

– You are experienced in using all the ways of a traditional sales operation to build presentations, report pipelines, and manage campaign performance and reporting
As Sponsorship Sales Manager, you:
– Already have 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in sponsorship, media sales or marketing
– Are used to working in a competitive sales environment with revenue targets
– Are exceptionally well organised.
– Have the ability to be a team member.
– Are self-motivated to sell, opportunistic, and decisive
– Have a genuine passion for sponsorship and partnerships
– Love the idea of joining a rapidly growing business
– Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
– Must be UK Based
– Must have sales experience
